Exposed to the pressure of an ever-increasing mass of information, constantly escalating demands at work and at home, they also have the desire to satisfy the social stereotypes set for them in terms of family and life achievement. All this results in an imperceptible but steadily growing discontentment and imbalance, which in turn causes physical, mental and emotional indisposition.<\/p>\n<p>This is also the reason for the increased cases of burnout, exhaustion,depression, mental instability and physical lethargy. And the consequences are also felt by businesses in terms of increased absenteeism accompanied by constant drop in productivity and efficiency.
