Jeg har sat mig for, i de kommende \u00e5rtier, at medvirke til at Meditation som Teknik til at reducere stress og \u00f8ge ydeevnen. Jeg arbejder m\u00e5lrettet p\u00e5 at meditation vil blive alment anerkendt i samfundet. Jeg vil bidrage til et sundere samfund, hvor, udover de rent materielle, ogs\u00e5 etiske og moralske v\u00e6rdier vil blive p\u00e5sk\u00f8nnet og v\u00e6rdsat.<br \/>\nSiden 1974 har jeg v\u00e6ret engageret i \u00e5ndsvidenskabelige filosofier, baseret p\u00e5 hinduistiske og buddhistiske traditioner. Jeg har studeret host anerkendte indiske og buddhistiske Mestre og L\u00e6rere.<br \/>\nHerunder bl. a. Krishnamurti, Sri Aurobindo (Auroville), hans Hellige H\u00f8jhed Dalai Lama d. 14, Gyalwang Karmapa og andre h\u00f8je Mestre. Jeg har studeret hos dem i siden 1982i deres klostre og templer i Nepal, Indien og Tibet.<br \/>\nJeg praktiserer dagligt forskellige meditationsteknikker, som fra b\u00e5de et spirituelt og \u00e5ndsvidenskabeligt synspunkt giver yderst effektive resultater i h\u00e5ndteringen af dagli\u01f5dags problemer.<br \/>\nUd fra min erfaring er jeg kommet til den konklusion, at af alle de til mig r\u00e5dighedst\u00e5ende teknikker er Mindfulness den enkleste, effektiveste og nemmest praktiserbare teknik.<br \/>\nDenne teknik egner sig fremragende for alle til, p\u00e5 et hvilket som helst tidspunkt og sted, at opl\u00f8se og fjerne stressbetingede belastinger.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Om Mig Jeg har mediteret siden jeg var 24.
